In this challenging time, we recognise that you need support for you, or a loved one, more than ever.

We’ve created this section of our website in order to add additional resources and events which we feel will be useful during the pandemic.

We’re always open to suggestions too, so please message us if you’d like to contribute in any way.

Restorative Yoga

Our fabulous Yoga Associate delivers a bespoke 1-2-1 yoga session which is specifically designed for those who’ve battled with, or are overcoming an eating disorder or body dysmorphia issues.

Led by our Craft Associate, Penny, our free workshops are staged as a weekly group, via Zoom. Each week, we take a new craft project – from designing paper flowers to fabric wreaths – and spend an hour of friendship and creativity.

Parent Support


Are you a parent finding it harder than ever to support someone with an eating disorder during this challenging time?

If you are, we’d love to invite you to join our monthly parent support group. This is now online – as you’d expect – and hosted via zoom in the first week of the month. Each month we have a different lead speaker, to bring insight from their specialist field.

Individual empathetic support is something we can all benefit from - particularly now. While we can’t hold your hand in person, this era of social distancing still allows us to support through online sessions with our eating disorders psychologist, guided recovery coaching, and phone-based befriending or advice.
